TCP/IP settings for 56k modem in win2k...?

Hi,

Im having slower download speeds that i used to have after installing a supposedly internet boosting program that turned out to be a pile of crap. im talking bout skylam Intelli-dial up v2.5. Anyways, it changes alot of TCP/IP settings in the registry, and after i uninstalled it, the speed of my downloads is reduced to the half🙁... Can someone give me a link to a good tool for a prog that actually boosts ure internet speed or give me some info on what TCP/IP setts to change to give me my old speed back?
