TBred A/B Differences

Hey, I've got one TBred B 1800+ (for $45 from ebay, I think the guy shipped a tbred instead of palomino 🙂 ) that I'm going to use in a dual MB (tyan tiger mp.) I am wondering if there will be a big difference in overclocking capabilities between the Tbred A and B. I can get an A much easier than another B. Also, what will the differences in heat be? The B runs at about 42C up to about 1.8 ghz with a plain ol Cooler Master HSF. On the new MB I'll be using a Peltier/HS/Ducts/Fan thing I'm making so it will be really quiet.
