TBird Temp changes

hi, i have a tbird 750 blue meanie at 1.133 gig (103x11) and my cpu temp changes a lot. im cooling with an alpha pal6035 w/ 38 cfm delta fan. Idle is around 24-25 c, but full load goes up to 50 c. everything is stable as a rock, but is this big a temp change normal?? i should be okay, rite?? thanks....

idle 24-25 seems funny, that should ATleast be 40 i think

i got 900 @ 1050
i get idle 47-49 loaded 50-52

might wanna check if the temp sensor is working right. if it is be happy..that'a good temp

What are you using to find the temp? I've found that SiSoft is totally inaccurate. Motherboard Monitor has been the most accurate for me. I'm just comparing them to what the temp in the BIOS says.

i am using the thermistor right underneath the cpu socket. and i use via hardware monitor to check the temps. BTW, system idle temps are around 20c, full load never above 30 c.

the via hardware monitor isn't exactly the most accurate temp program.
