I want to upgrade my K7M to something with better memory bandwidth.
 
You wont be able to upgrade your K7M to a board with better memory bandwidth because the only chipset that supports the full gamut of slot Thunderbirds is the Irongate chipset, which you already have.

The ONLY KX133 board I've seen support virtually any T-Bird is the Biostar M7MKE, and even then it's iffy.
