Also, I'm pretty sure Jay-Z is the richest person in the music industry (that actually is/was a performer).
Actually, I think it's Puffy.

They're likely the two richest in rap, but I'm pretty sure Paul McCartney still takes the overall. Even after the assplowing he got in his last divorce, he's supposed to be a billionaire.

She makes pop country, mostly with positive themes or neutral themes (well, half of her songs are about breaking up).

If you call that horrible music, don't listen to any of the other stuff coming out of the radio.

Go hear her in concert and you would wish you rather of heard nails on a chalkboard. No wonder they filter her voice when she records singles.

Swift should find a nice black man to complete her identity crisis. Maybe get some cornrolls and start imitating Ke$ha.

Eh well, why not? You make money by being sponsored, not by your music directly.

Paul McCartney is worth $680 million and still performs regularly. He'll play outdoors in Québec City this summer for example.

Apparently, Diet Coke is one of her favorite drinks. I'm sure you'd all pass up on a couple million dollar contract for a 30 second spot and one of your <insert piece of art>...
