The band is currently on tour in South America and played at Lollapalooza Argentina earlier this week. They were set to perform on Friday at the Festival Estéreo Picnic in Bogota, Colombia. However, at the festival, organizers announced that there had been a medical emergency and the band, who were the headliners, would not be appearing.

No cause of death has been released, but he was found dead in his Bogata room. Such as loss as he was a great drummer and seemed to be a cool guy who'd have a beer with fans.

RIP. He was the drummer for Alanis Morissette during her Jagged Little Pill tour in the ‘90’s. This was before joining and probably the reason he was wanted for The Foo Fighters. I saw that tour. He was very good and equally good with The Foo Fighters.

Great documentary on HBO about Alanis that included many interviews with Taylor.

RIP, such a sad loss. Family guy who genuinely seemed like a great dude.

This just sucks, so many lost talented artists over the past 2 years.

He had three kids too, god damn it.

Been a Foo Fighters fan since I was a Junior in high school, been to their shows. My heart really goes out to his family, the band. Poor Dave has lost another one of his musical bothers, I hope he'll be ok.

This sucks, one of those 'go hug your kids all day' situations for me now. RIP Taylor.

RIP. Such sad news, big fan of Foo Fighters.

I just recently watched them on Jimmy Kimmel's show promoting their new horror movie "Studio 666". Coincidentally, the movie is about Dave Grohl killing off his bandmates.

Youtube clip of them appearing on Kimmel's show:

When they opened Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle last year. Foo Fighters opened the Arena. I think that concert was on Amazon Prime.
