tax question: how do the OID rules affect accrual method payers in the context of section 1274, 7872?

basically, accrual method payer has accrued $260,000 dollars for performance of services, the other person gives a note in exchange for the outstanding accounts receivable, its an interest free note payable in 1 year and 1 day, how do the OID rules apply here
