Tax Deduction question!

if car is used ~30% for business based on odometer miles in a year, can 30% of any repairs and maintenance be deducted, if I am also deducting the standard amount (44.5 cents/mile for 2006) for miles driven on business?
 
the standard rate includes allowance for repairs etc, so i don't believe you can do both, you either use the standard rate or actual costs, but not both
but you should check in the sticky tax thread, i am not a tax expert
