Is it just me, or do you question someone's better judgment when they decided to mark their body with ink?

Besides, I think they look ugly as hell. I mean on woman. *pukes*

My daughter got some tattoos. Two problems... Tattoos make you more identifiable, and the ones she got incorporate text. Text is a lazy way out, and it typically becomes stupid as you age, if not at the start. Otherwise, I don't have a problem with tattoos.

And God knows, we don't want anyone identifying us. I'm still holding open the option to rob people at gunpoint when things get tight, and that neck tattoo of a peacock that I almost got would be a dead giveaway.

Gotta leave options open. My goal in life is to be invisible. For places I don't frequent, the ideal outcome is no one knows I was there. Hard to do at 6'5", 225#, and a longish beard though :^D

It's just like how you dress, you have to expect people to judge you based on how you choose to look. Want to be sleeved up with tattoos? Well then expect people to have a different perception of you.

Not really a fan of them but to each their own, I would not stop someone from getting one or look down upon them for it. It's more or less harmless compared to other crazy things people do to their bodies these days. I think the location and amount is a big factor too. Some people just go way overboard or put them in bad places like their face, but a small tattoo in a fairly hidden area is not really a big deal imo.
