TAT install problems

Trying to install TAT on a new box. Keep getting a message: An error
{-5009:0x8002802b} has occurred while running the setup. Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor. Intel Corporation. Anybody help with this problem. What am I doing wrong. Thanks.

Possibly an instance of the program was started, crashed, didn't exit properly and is stopping you from opening another. Go to task manager Ctrl+Shift+Esc and kill the process (probably called IntelTAT.exe).
