Taser sword. Edit: added video of somebody being tased by sword

It would be hilarious if carrying a sword would require a permit, when a semi automatic assault riffle is completely ok. Then again we're talking about a country that has banned kinder surprises and magnetic office toy balls. 😛
 
Things that make me grin. Think I'll show the video in physics class today. (We're on an electricity unit.)
 
I prefer cold enchants myself for the slowing effect, but lightning ain't bad either. He should have used a higher class item though... might have been able to put two enchants on there for higher dmg.
 
I really wish people would stop calling these things tasers. A taser shoots out electrodes that contact the perp and puts out an electrical current specifically modulated to interfere with the nervous system. Unlike a stun gun, they are quite effective and regardless of a perp's size or strength they can be quickly subdued. It is possible to nullify their effectiveness with undergarments specifically designed for that purpose but the use of them is very rare.

A stun gun (which this is based on btw) is simply a switching power supply that produces a very high voltage at miniscule (60µA typical) current. It's enough to dazzle, disorient, and scare an attacker. Or really piss off a person with adrenaline or high, etc.

At least with a sharp blade if someone is not intimidated you can still cut 'em. :biggrin:

"Taser" sounds cool. It's got that ZZZZZ sound.

Stun gun sounds more like you're verbally beating someone with a stick.
