Shame,

I just added Twinks 2 PC's so that should bring us up to 11 added today for the Cowtippers. 2 for Twink, 4 for you and 5 of mine. With a little luck we may be able to add 1 or 2 tomorrow. 🙂

Cool. Add P4s! 🙂

I liked FaD. The only problem I had with FaD was that the client liked to pop up annoying windows when something went wrong. Permission was not a problem, annoying/confused users was. Any way to "shut it up"? 🙂

Did you try running it as a service with fire daemon ?

Here is four pages on running FaD as a service
http://www.find-a-drug.org.uk/phpbb2/vi...er=asc&highlight=think+service&start=0

I haven't tried this with FaD as I'm only running it on my home machines these days but when I had d2ol running on 20 machines at work using fire daemon the user couldn't see it running.
I would log on as admin and install and setup the project software then after stopping the software install fire daemon and set it up to work with the software ( d2ol at the time)
when I rebooted the machines and log into the users account they couldn't tell anything was running unless they checked task manager only someone logged into the admin account could see it.
