Well, we are putting in a good show up.
Those of you, who have not yet told me what comp you will use, please do so, I shall then confer with GLeeM and kd3ebk to estimate the ppd's so that we can balance the teams. As ity is now the Folders are way to week - they may have to recruit some more! :)

/Petrus expects BMC to give us all a double fisted beer bump/ ;)

The TAS-members are doing well in the assambley of the TAS-team for F@H.
Please let me know (e.g. by PM) the comps you will be using so that I can guestimate the ppd from there ...
GotYourPM Johan, Christian

 ;)

Hi Sid,

we are doing seti@home this month. No question about that. But just now the stats for seti are not in the best shape - some xml-file must have gone sour so the different stats sites are not in agreement. Therefor I am waiting until Sunday to do those stats.

However, DIMES is always ongoing - no matter what project we crunch (if we like it ...) since it does not use much CPU-cycles.

Rosetta@Home is the passed month's project and i usually keep tabs on the "old projects".

Seti@home - classic is crunched by quite a few of the TAS-members no matter what and therefore I keep on doing the stats for that too.

Now tell me - who is stats-crazy? You can find more info when and how the TAS-stats are done here.

us guys?? i thought you already signed in blood to TAS ?? :p

well, you do say you're confused so you must be on board :)

i've switched back some of my seti production to rosetta, our last project because i just like it better, lol. i still have ~40% committed to seti only because its our project (read- i didn't vote for this thing ;) )

thanks for the stats Peter

er..... um.... I meant US guys.

So I do have my stuff going to the right place(s).... cool.

I'm doing the same thing you are rise. I've set up a split between seti boinc (the one WE TAS people are crunching and Rosetta. (I really like it so far. It reminds me of the DF days)

My son tells me your average martian keeps much better company than to talk to me, but I'll keep hollerin' at them while it's our project of the month.

:D :p :D

oh my, you're from indy, lol.

No  for you!!

:p

yeah, that was a pasting you put on us last week. i'd like to say its "only one game" but they've been shredded all year.

as long as we can win the division and sneak into the playoffs......

"any given sunday" ;)

It wouldn't be the playoffs without the Pats. Get'em healthy... they're not done yet.

Indy had an easy schedule until last week. (OK, and Houston isn't giving us much of a battle at the moment..)

I am so accustomed to "the indy choke". I would love to see a superbowl happen just once in my lifetime. (If we don't do it this year or maybe next. it'll be back to the 25 year rebuild for the Colts.

At last ... the current stats for the November project have been compiled:

You can find them here!

TAS is doing good:
1. TAS has produced 77 405 credits.
2. TAS has increased it's RAC by 4 348 credits
3. TAS members have jumped ahead a total of 400 steps!
4. The most prolific producer is mrwizer with 19 208 credits in just two weeks.
5. The highest climber is Jened who climbed 73 steps, closely followed by kb2edk (71 steps), mrwizer (58 steps), GLeeM 54 steps), rise4310 (48 steps), RemyC (43 steps) and Newfie (30 steps). Well done, TAS-mates!
6. In this months project we have 8 TAS-members who have never crunched Seti@Home BOINC before. They have added a grands total of 27051 credits to the team!

The TeAm is doing good too: We may not pass the team ahead, but at least we will not be passed either until 27 or so weeks - and by then probably quite a few of the "classic" crunchers may have come to seti@home-BOINC.

Well done TeAm!

Considering that an Ice age may come soon (according to one scientist who predicts global warming to most and a much colder climate for some ... if for example the Gulf stream changes it's course...)

You will be there soon, Sid. It just takes time to get the credits rolling in. You do not get credited in Seti unless 3 other crunchers have also crunched the same WU as you have and got the same result ... that may take some times 2 - 3- 4 or more days :( but it will get there ... :D

I didn't know that.

It isn't a problem for me. I tend to keep my sense of humor about these things. I won't ever set a record. I just enjoy the company (TeAm)
