LoL - it is really sad that the stats update only once every 24 hours ...

Their system takes about two hours to actually run a stats update and the site is completely unavailable while the update is running, so more than one update a day would cause even more of a mess for people trying to access the project web site.

Yeah, it seems kind of funny that the system takes such a long time for update ... look at the other projects - they take often much less time.

Just for fun, this is the amount that we have out-produced HardOCP (our closest challenger) on a daily basis. They turned in more results on the first day, but have been rapidly falling behind since then. Even counting that first day, we're averaging a gain of 102K points more than them every day. Knock off the first two days and it's 144K per day.

There is a team Folding race this month as well. We (TAS) decided to let people choose whether to run WCG or Folding in December. I'm doing WCG because I already have BOINC installed on my computers and I don't want to spend a week installing the folding client on all of them just to take it off again at the end of the month.

Not that I have noticed. I just told both of my machines to upload their finished work and they both sent the results normally.
