Target Ticket - New streaing service?

Just noticed Target has a streaming service now. Looks like you can get 10 free downloads for creating an account.

Anyone know about this? Is it a rebadged netflix or something? Wonder if they'll do rental kiosks also.

I think that's only for redemption of UltraViolet.
As in, if you have UV downloads to utilize, you can do it there as part of their service and have a "purchased" video. Otherwise, you can use currency to buy movies or rent them.

That's my guess, based on the wording and the layout.
