Target Segway patrol

Was at Target a few days ago and noticed some young kid (18-20) in Target uniform (aka red shirt) riding around the parking lot on a Segway, or some segway knockoff perhaps. The Segway also had a target logo on it. All I could think of was...Cool job! How do I get it?...also has anyone else seen these at any other targets?

I'd be good with strolling around the outside of Target on a freely provided Segway looking for...suspicious activity? I dunno. Not sure if he was part of the security but I'm guessing not.
