Well in that case, why exclude ipods?

Why not just call your local Target and ask the customer service desk. They will be able to tell you better than somebody here on the boards.

Well in that case, why exclude ipods?

because Apple, like many other "premium" brands makes retailers sign agreements stipulating that no discounts can be offered on their products. That is why you see coupons excluding discounts on Guess, Polo, Nike, Dyson, and some other upscale products.

but YMMV. There is a thread at FW about what I'm assuming you are looking at.
