Target groceries clearance - probably local to Minnetonka, MN

Was at the new Super Target in Minnetonka, MN tonight. The store has only been open a couple months. They must be still desiding what kinds of groceries they want to carry in the future because they have A LOT of items on clearance. Just walk up and down the isles and you will see many clearance tags in pretty much every row. Items included soups, salad dressings, oils, spices, pasta. A lot of them were "high end"/"designer" brands (like Wolfgang Puck, Paul Newman, etc.)
