Haha, don't laugh. In their circular they have a deal that you get a $10 GC if you buy $40 of "Household essentials", which includes TP.

Haha. My wife showed me the tp aisle at our local Target and it was like brand new shelving--nothing was there including even the price tags. Only these little notes from Target that purchases were limited to 1 per customer. The run on retail has definitely hurt supply, but boy did the retailers get their money up front for the economic downturn! I would love to see the sales numbers in comparison to normal.

A lot of retail stores have adverts with home cleaning supplies for spring cleaning but nothing in stock. I guess the ads were scheduled and could not be pulled.

Now this is pissing me off. When you need something and now no one has it due to people buying excessive amounts of it. Grrr....
