Edit: For the skeptics, I was kind of wondering the same thing, so I googled tara reid pics, and if you look at the reference pic, she has some birth marks on her sternum area, and in the Hott, not argued pic of her, she also has some birth marks. (circled) Also, notice the watch, and other bracelets on only her left wrist. I think its her.
