MeritLine often has them for cheaper. Last time I purchased HDMI cables, I got a 10-pack from BensOutlet.com for like $12.99 FS. OP's deal might be a deal if you are used to retail box store prices, but as far as internet shopping prices go, it's only warm.

well, there is shipping (about $8.50 for 5). The good news is that it's Newegg's own rebate, which is pretty much a sure thing, unless one doesn't follow the rules. Newegg's been pushing Rednere HDMI cables lately (both generic and Rosewill-branded ones)--I must've gotten close to 20 by now. Don't know what I'm going to do with them. I'm such a rebate junkie.

yeh, I've gotten some other NE rebates from Nov/Dec back--they took the full 8-12 weeks--a little slow, but consistent.

I usually have no problem snagging ultra cheap cables of all types from ebay. I've gotten 2 hdmi cables and 1 TOSLINK line rescently under 2 bucks shipped each. Just filter pay now and North america only location, as well as other seller filtering common sense.

I've missed a few including one by Seagate where it was mailed back to me saying it needed a UPC. WTF??!! There was a tear in the paper where I stapled the UPC to. 😡

I had others that were received after the expiration date. 🙄

watch out of tanga stuff, lots of them are counterfeit stuff and breaks after a while, i had to return a bunch of stuff that worked for like 20-25 days and dies.
