Is there a program I can use that will say whatever I type ? But I mean, the voice that comes with windows Sucks. Its like SAM ? I want it to be a girl, and I want it to sound real. Is that Even possible ? Please help.

Heh, now's my chance to put in a plug for my company, I guess.
Check my sig - MyWebSpeaks.
It takes an HTML page and can convert it to WMA format or WAV format (it doesn't play automatically though).
You don't really have to use HTML though, it'll work with plain text.
The voice isn't the greatest, but it's better than the microsoft stuff. There's samples on the website if you want to see.

That's great if you just need to do something small. IBM actually has something similar too, but it's crap.
I don't like the ATT engine personally, it's pretty slow (and a memory hog). But you didn't hear that from me.

We're using the L&H Realspeak engine, which doesn't sound any worse than the ATT engine (not saying much), and is faster.
