I actually did a history report once in college right before it was due. Started at 5pm the evening before it was due. Ended up getting a 97%. I always work better under pressure.

trust me not sleeping with this teacher.... yeah i guess i work pretty well under presure....doesnt really matter. these other kids just suck. they dont know how to be "orginal"

I had an entire quarter here in college to do a essay in regards to "The Tale of Genji" and women's roles in it. Its worth a full 40% of my final grade. I remembered it the night before it was due (it was due at 5PM, luckily), thinking I still had another week, but deciding to double check my syllabus, just in case. I check the syllabus, and its due the next afternoon. So I read 300 pages as fast as I can and still remember any of it (took me about 4.5 hours, but only because there are so many names that are so close to each other, and I had to basically memorize their spelling and roles). That is the entire book (with intro) plus supplemental packets/material handed out in class. Now, I remembered it that night, after I had started drinking (only had a buzz though), so that impaired me a little. After reading it, I go back to certain selections and start writing down quotes I might want to use. That goes on for another hour, but I'm nowhere near finished for this part. It is now about 6 or 7 AM, and while I have a good idea of my essay, I have not started to write it. But I'm really tired, so I hit the sack, set my alarm for noon. I wake up, see the alarm clock, it reads 3:25. FSCK. I start writing as fast as I can, really hammering this sucker out, call my buddy who was school newspaper editor in high school to fix my grammar mistakes, and drive like hell to get to Cunz hall to hand that sucker in. The paper went under my instructors door at 4:56 PM.

Final grade on this piece of work: 38 out of 40. KAAA-CHING!

EDIT: where do you go to school? H.S or college?

Really sweet considering it was third highest in the class. I got 1 point off for grammar, and 2 for organization. At least, I had one point deducted for grammar until I introduced my teacher to my friend "the human grammar bible" and he introduced her to the correct rules for the usage of a semicolon. I didnt tell my teacher about how long I spent on the paper till after I got my final grade in the class
