From what I can see she didn't do anything wrong. She was walking in a crosswalk and the drivers were both not paying attention and not keeping a safe distance between cars. She should have flipped them off afterwards to boot.

she stopped initially, and was likely the cause of the accident, then she walked as fast as she could out of the roadway, and then stopped and looked back at the accident.
