I started playing guitar about 9 months ago so I ordered a cheapo electric online for $175 not thinking much about it. Squire Series 24 M-50. So I have been playing it for the past 9 months and thinking it's a really good instrument, especially for the price. This weekend I decided to go online and see what was better on the higher priced models. I was really interested in the Series 24 M-70 which goes for around $400. So while I am looking at the features of the M-70 all of the sudden it dawns on me the retailer sent the wrong guitar, I got the M-70 for $175 and didn't even realize it.
I guess there is nothing dishonest on my end. For almost a year I really thought it was the cheap model. I probably would have said something had I realized the mistake when the guitar shipped. I guess I will just consider it a blessing. It's funny that I was too stupid to realize I had a better instrument the whole time. No wonder my guitar teacher kept telling me to hold on to it. Duh me.
