Taking Vitamins

Ok I take many vitamins:
Vitamin B-Complex
Vitamin C 500mg
Vitamin E 400IU
Centrum MultiVitamin
Calcium 650mg with Vitamin D
Omega 3-6-9

Anyways the question is...is it ok to take them all at once like in a span of 5min...will they be as effective or should i evenly space them out through the entire day? Thanks!!!

umm yeah you can take them all at once, but you have look out for timed release pills. e.g. the multi vit is a 2 caps serving and they are timed release, then i would suggest taking one pill in the morning and one pill either around lunch or when you get back from work/evening. other than that taking them together is no problem at all.

From my understanding Centrum contains Vitamin C and Iron. I heard that supplemental form of Iron taken w/ Vitamin C is bad for the liver.

At night I take (I'm serious):

Vitamin B-Complex
Vitamin C 500mg
Vitamin E 400IU
Grape Seed Extract
CoQ-10
Ginko Biloba
Green Tea Extract
Selenium
Milk Thistle
Fish Oil
Essential Oils
Alpha-Lipoic Acid
Zink
Lycopene
Garlic Extract
