Stats: 2.40B intel p4 on a intel 845gbv mobo

after board posts screen flashes cursor blinks in upper left for about a miutre then finally loads windows
any ideas i dont remember doing this before i tried installing another set of cathodes tonight and it still does it if they arent plugged in so its not the powersupply, im thinking i might have bumped something on the board but i really dont know at this point. I'm thinking of just formatting and reloading XP Pro. Any thoughts?

TIA

If you want to see what driver WinXP is hanging on,
add the Switch /SOS to you Boot.ini file.

It will display each driver as it is loaded, allowing you to
see which is the culprit.
