taking the SAT's; is it bad to take it more than twice?

The next wave of sat's are coming up and i already took it once already but im planning to take it at least once again. But is it bad if you take the sat's mutiple times, especially more than two times? Has anybody here gotten into a reputable college after they took the sat's 3 times or more?

take them as many times as you can. only your best score is reported.

Dude, they don't know how many times you took the test. You just report your best scores.
But general trend is that you will do average the first time, better than second time, worse the third time.
