Skoob - I spend about $750 twice a year - on me. I just go when Nordstroms has their semi-annual men's sale and get a bunch of good quality shirts and pants. I need another suit, so this summer might be closer to $1K for that trip with the suit around $500.
I've been travelling to the Far East a bit recently. Malaysia had pretty good price on shirts. What would be $50 in the US was selling for about $15. Nice, good quality, all cotton dress shirts.
When my wife goes shopping for our 5 year-old daughter (and if the ultrasound reading is right we have another girl on the way), she can easily spend a couple of hundred bucks. At least the second one can wear hand-me-downs, that'll save us some money.
