There are two things I have always told my kids when they are out and about driving around. They are the two most important things you need to know when driving and during your test.

1. Always know what is happening 360 degrees around your car AT ALL TIMES!
This cannot be overemphasized!

2. Anticipate! Anticipate what the other drivers on the road are going to do. Slam into your rear, pull out in front of you, vear into your lane, the list is endless.

Good luck on your test!

What? I just took the driving test from the drivers ed class, not from the dmv. That thing was on a 35 point scale, where 35 points you fail. I think I got like a 12 or something, mostly for speed. Anyways, the point scale was crazy, where not stopping at a red light was just 10 points! So you could blow threw 3 red lights and still pass...

You passed yet you did that?

Irony: When I first took the test, I failed ONLY because I didn't do the 'check' even though it was obvious there was no biker there, otherwise I would have had a PERFECT score, there were no other problems otherwise..

Took the test again, this time I did the check for the invisible bike lane each and everytime, sadly enough I had tons of errors (had a lady tester the second time, guy first time) but passed..
