Those are great. I haven't been to the Cal Speedway, but the others are loads of fun.

If you're a beginner, EVOC is fun too, though not a lot of clubs go there. They have a wet skid training pad there too, which approximates the coef. of black ice.

If you want to go somewhere with no risk to your car other than a few cone marks, you should try the autox courses they set up at Qualcomm stadium down in San Diego. It's big for autox, and you can get up over 70mph there. That's practically a roadcourse. 🙂
 
Usually airport service roads (even the major ones) have wide open places where you can tear it up with a combination of techinical turns and pavement surfaces. Ever since 9/11 though they are a bit more strict about it...but you can still find it.

Industrial parks are great for highspeed, NFS -type driving. Its well groomed, smooth pavement, usually sweeping turns with good sightlines. Try and pick ones with little/or no curbs in case you run out of talent mid-corner. Be creative and watch out for the LE.

I think he's looking for a dedicated race track so he doesn't have to watch out for the "LE", and what are "good sightlines"?
