Usually airport service roads (even the major ones) have wide open places where you can tear it up with a combination of techinical turns and pavement surfaces. Ever since 9/11 though they are a bit more strict about it...but you can still find it.
Industrial parks are great for highspeed, NFS -type driving. Its well groomed, smooth pavement, usually sweeping turns with good sightlines. Try and pick ones with little/or no curbs in case you run out of talent mid-corner. Be creative and watch out for the LE.
