I have seen a lot of people do that and am wondering what program or how they do that. Sorry if I put this in the wrong forum

Press the print screen key (top row, above arrow keys) and this takes the picture. Paste it into paint or somthing like that with ctrl v
 
Or you can use Alt + Print Screen and it'll capture only the active window. Then paste it into Paint.

Thank you! I always get into trouble doing mornal printscn because my system boggles since i have multiple displays.
