Taking 5 classes hurt me?

It's my senior year and I only took 5 classes out of possible 7. It's not unusual for seniors to take less classes and leave school early. However, will this hurt when applying to college that I didn't take full load of class? Just a thought...

It probably won't hurt at all, especially if your academic record is good. Are you involved in extracurricular activities? Do you have a job? It will look better if there are activities that give you a good reason for only taking 5 out of 7 classes.

Depends..

Are you applying to a Harvard or a Rutgers?

An ivy league might care, a good public school wont.

Rutgers is considered a good school?!

No, no extracirriculars. It's not my fault I didn't make Student Body or Yearbook. I was too ugly for them. Student Body consist of only attractive people.

i'm the opposite, whenever i take 4 classes i fvck up...and get 2.8
but when i take 5-6(21 credits) i end up with 3.5 gpa.
very weird but happened every time. my advisor was like....😕

Maybe you could look for a good part-time job. 10 or so hours a week. Or even better, volunteer somewhere! Colleges eat that sort of thing up.

I know you took 5 classes so you could go home early and play video games. I would do the same thing. However, if you are really concerned about what colleges think, then do something about it.
