Uhh its a new system, they havent programmed for it before. It takes time, games will get better as time progresses.

This is a coincidence. I read that last night on their forum.

I think it may end up being 30 fps just like PGR2 did. Too many people accept it and not enough like me complain about it.

This statement does not confirm or deny anything.

All they are saying is that they can't guarantee 60 FPS because they don't want to promise something and not deliver. In no way did they say that it wouldn't be 60 FPS, just that they wouldn't come right out and say that it is right now when the game is still 5 months from release.

yet it proves nothing. So they are having problems right now. the 360 is slated for what november/december release. with PGR3 presumably a launch title

they still have a good 3 months to work on it.

atleast they admit things though unlike some other companies who will just keep on lying.

Fable instantly comes to mind.

Second...I'm not an xbox fan at all, I abhor the original, but dude...are you an idiot? Its their first game and they cant get it right? First gen games are ALLLLWAAAYYYYS worse than later games. Common sense.
