I've been thinking about the boardwalks I've been to, and as usual, came up with some stupid questions:
1) The game monopoly has properties that can be found in Atlantic City; where the heck is Marvin Gardens?
2) Why do they make boardwalks out of wood? Is it for comfort underfoot? In Wildwood portions of it are made of concrete, but thats for the 'tram car' to ride on.
3) I've been to many on the Jersey shore. What other boardwalks are there? (the ones that meet the sand, not like ones at theme parks)
