I'll sell you my 100 year old, 2400 sq. ft., 2 story house on a 60 x 210 lot for only $350,000. Located in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley. Good schools (yeah right).
 
I live in a cookie cutter neighborhood where all the houses pretty much look the same. Mine looks just like the house across the street. We paid under $290k when we moved in back in 97. Now the house is worth about $360k (with improvements.) We have about 4 acres of backyard (ours is the only house on the block with this much forest in the back.)

The last time I walked outside with nothing but a pair of boxers and a camera, my neighbor across the street wasn't too pleased. I'll have to plead "really lazy" cuz I was just waking up!

beautiful...and ironic that all that orange hues are from pollution in the atmosphere....

also, jigga....aha those pics looks like the camera's hue's messed up or something
 
yea, here in tally, storms started about 5am....haven't heard sounds like that since i lived in the midwest, and then about 7, the sky looked alot like what u shot there jigga!

$360 for THOSE houses? You sure don't live in the NorthEast. $360 buys you my house, which is only a four bedroom splitlevel here in NJ.
