Taisol CEK 733 HSF good enough to cool AMD 1.2ghz???

Im building a system for a business that will be using the computer mainly for business apps such as well as internet, email, etc. The computer will not be under a lot of stress and will not be overclocked. It will be running a OEM 1.2ghz TBIRD. Im not looking at spending a lot for a HSF but do want safe cooling. How does this HSF sound? Its a great value if it performs well. Any opinions?
