Looked up the UL file number... apparently the PSU's OEM is Topower. IIRC their parts are used in some OCZ PSUs, so it might be a good deal.

However, the case is fugly.
 
yea, the case isn't uh... exactly nice to look at and i really don't like it either but it's that psu with the 28volt over 12amp that surprises me

and plus, the cooling doesn't look that bad and the case is going to be right under my really long table which i can't see so i guess that doesn't matter

pci-express ready? if this is really true, then i'm definitely getting this case, as the looks of the case doesn't matter to me

Yes that case is pretty horrid, you should have got the black one its much nicer looking. I wouldn't touch that green one with a ten foot pole.

according to that, it supports 24pin (LGA775), which means it has a 24pin adapter

also, can any case experts (or anyone that knows about cases) look at this case and tell me just visually if the cooling is ok?

edit: wow, it also has a 6 pin connector to a pci-e gfx card?

can someone confirm that this:
a.) has a 24-pin connector that can fit on a dfi lanparty ut nf4
b.) has a decent psu and probably won't die on me

From the pictures on newegg I think you can see the PCI Express power cable (its blue). I think you should be fine with the PSU unless you are running like an FX-55 with SLI and 4 hardrives or something 😛 The ATX12V (20 pin) cable has a little 4 pin thing that goes on the side that makes it EPS12V (24 pin) so either way you're set in that department.
 
That is an above-average PSU in a tacky looking case with no modern conveniences inside. The PSU (topower) should be capable of pwering any system that would fit inside a mid-tower case. Topower makes decent PSUs - a good mid-level PSU maker. The PSU is probably responsible for much of the cost of that case/PSU combo as the basic chassis is as generic as they come.
