They require you to do a physical beforehand. You should probably stick to whatever you do IRL and not give advice on how I could of handled the situation better when it's already over and there was zero issues that arose from the issue. yeah I had a talk with the mods before the year and it seems like ATOT is fair game for now in terms of trolling; you can basically go into social discussions, derail them and the mods really don't care. You have to use P&N if you want "meaningful discussion". For me it's just more post count and lols for friends to read . Dat taco tears.
