i dont believe them!

i just came back from getting two personal pan pizzas from them. they're like taco bell/pizza hut combined.

ok i know some of you might say that it takes long to get the pizza ready, but please believe me when i say that it doesnt because i worked at another pizza shop making personal pan pizza's myself. they're done in about 3 minutes packaged and ready to go.

i ordered it, and there was still a long line ahead of me. usually when i order it, they are supposed to call it in and they'll drop it in the oven so that when i come and pay they can give it to me. this was all done through the drive thru. but guess what, the lady was like "well go wait in the back for a few minutes."

waiting, waiting, waiting about 10 minutes goes by. i walk up to the drive thru window and i asked them where my order is? the ladies response was "OH?" then i go back to the car, wait another 5 minutes and waiting waiting waiting. i was so outraged i grabbed my soda and my girlfriends soda and i walk in there and put it on the counter, and tell them that i would like a refund. come to find out they didnt even drop my pizza in the oven yet. the girl was like "oh i called it out to you" and then the other lady replied "i didnt hear you you never said anything"

i got my refund back, and im hungry.

this sucks 🙁

I got 2 large Papa John's pizzas for $12 for dinner... already finished one off myself 😀😀
 
did you expect more from the people that work at taco bell/pizza hut??? if you expected more maybe you should have gone to a nice resturant or the like..i expect that crap from fast food.
 
I love Taco Bell. They are generally well lighted, inexpensive, and ususally fast. I had some important financial/real estate documents to review and sign, and I went to Taco Bell and even got my favorite seat in the place.
 
no i dont expect that kinda treatment. usually they do not take this long. i mean yes, ive been told to wait, but i wait like a minute or two at most and they come out.

yeah i see what youre getting at. they either have old, older workers, or really young kids still in hs that dont seem to responsible to get the order correct.
 
tsk tsk, taco bell.. happened to me a couple of times at other resturaunts. (messed up orders etc.) fprtunately, im a lot more patient than a lot of people and i usually dont get too carried away with it, (although i do get quite angry inside). Ohter people would turn outraged and really take it out..
 
thats not to bad. sometimes they mess up.

i had one experiance at hardees (out of business around here) that is just amazing.

i was going to join a friend there for lunch. it was dead we were the only ones there. i went up and orderd a frisco burger with no tomato. i pay and wait for the food. i get it hot and fresh! i go back and start eating i get about ohh 1/4 into it and i bite into a tomato.

so i take it back up and tell them what happend. the girl at the counter is ok no problem i will get you one made right so i sit back down.
well about 5min later she brings me onother one. i start eating and i get about 1/4 into this one and bite into a tomato. So i go up and complain and she has one made yet again. well when she brings it to me for the 3rd time i just open it up and there was a tomato!

Well now im mad and tell her to just give me my money back. well the manager comes out to find out what is going on. When he finds out he cant belive it. i end up getting my money and he makes a fresh one how i want pluse gives me a coupon for a free sandwich.( the grill was in front so you can see them make it. i watched to make sure i didnt get anything "extra")

About 3 months after that it was closed down heh
 
I pretty much never take food back. I eat it the way it is, knowing that I have no advantage in avoiding silly mistakes. I suppose that's ridiculous, because it's not like whoever I make a mistake on is going to be all "Oh, I'll just forget about it because I mysteriously just know that Maetryx eats other peoples' mistakes all the time". So I can hardly expect to reap the benefits of my virtue.

Maybe I'm just the least pickiest person in the world when it comes to food. That's better than my inherently flawed Karma explanation I started with.

It's not really pickiness, it's more a matter of "I paid for xxx, so I should get xxx." I never go back with a chip on my shoulder, I just say "Sorry to bother you, but I ordered XXX but I got xxx instead." and they always fix it.

In Taco Bell's defense I once wanted 6 taco supremes but said 6 BURRITO supremes instead. So I was a bit confused when it came to like $12 instead of $8, but I couldn't figure out why...the receipt said something supreme and 6 of them....
Then it dawned on me.
I asked the cashier if I could change it and he did and refunded me the difference without the slightest hassle.

Mistakes happen....especially at Taco Bell 🙂
