IS this tablet any good? I can handle fair, because I really just want something functional. If it is so bad that I might as well scan in my own drawings, please tell me.

don't know about that one,

but I purchaced a 4x5 wacom graphire and was disapointed within a couple weeks at the size.

I got the next size up in an older used intuos and am much happier.

I use it for the pen and pencil tool in illustrator, as well as photoshop brushes and masks.
