T68 not working

My Ericsson T68 isn't working...I know its the phone and not the service(my service provider is flaky) cuz my gf's SIM wouldn't work in my phone and mine worked fine in hers. The phone appears to work fine, it loads up, all the menus work, it says its getting service...but if you try to make a call, it tries to dial, and then just quits back to the main screen. And if you try to send a text message, it just says message failed. It started doing this totally out of the blue...any ideas what could be wrong?

I hate you, I can't wait to get that phone.........are you with mLife/AT&T? I hear their phones are SIM-locked...

I'm on Conestoga Wireless, a smaller(read: not good) company. The phone is unlocked. I've had it since December. Excellent phone.

From reading about this phone, i think you might need a firmware update. I hear the firmware updates for the phone does wonders to it.

Try calling Erisscon and see what they can do..

I have an Ericsson T something W phone. The display went on the fritz. Tried to get it replaced, and they wouldn't do it. Now I own a Nokia and wouldn't having anything else.
