App hasn't been working for me since early this morning. In the middle of the night it was showing the rewards, now it takes forever to load and ends up showing nothing redeemable and asks me to check next tuesday.

Edit: So eventually the app did work for us. Ordered 5 free pizzas and watched 2 rented movies with friends. Thanks T-Mobile! Don't see how this can hold up lol.

Why the f do you need an app for this? I guess postpaid accounts can go through the website, but it errors when I try because I have prepaid, saying I need to install the app. Dumb

Unless I'm doing something wrong, I have to enter my phone # and receive a unique text code for every single Tuesday offer? Is there no option to remain permanently logged in? When I first installed the app I enabled push notifications.

Starting next Tuesday I might start using the website instead of the app.

Tried to use the app all Tuesday, just got errors
