I'm downloading a 200+mb software update on my Note 2. I'm currently stock.

If you're in the LTE area do a software update check.

I'll post speedtests after it's done 😀 I'm in Midtown NY

WOOOT!!!

Anyone in the LTE lit cities ? Can you post screenshots ?

They're expecting NYC to be around summer time from reports 🙁.

I live in an LTE city (Houston), and have 3 AWS LTE capable devices (iPhone 5, Nexus 4, Lumia 920), but because of various reasons, I can't test T-Mobile LTE on any of them (needs new carrier settings, needs LTE re-enabled, need to get the phone unlocked). Sigh.

Are you jailbroken?

I did it on mine. It works and gives me an LTE toggle. But not LTE in Charlotte yet, of course.

LTE in the suburbs of DC on my Nexus 4:

Older stock, CM or AOKP?

I'm seriously debating switching unlimited att on my nexus 4 for romlte on T-Mobile.

I'd be losing unlimited on att for faster 4g but 2.5 gigs of data and possibly lte on tmo.

I can only assume CM or other Roms will keep the Lte bakef into KLP

Well yeah. Which stock version did N4 support LTE? 4.1.2? Maybe I should think about it if LTE comes to my area.

You can just flash the old radio by itself and keep your current stock ROM. The kernel, radio, ROM are all separate. You can mix and match as you wish.
