t-mobile is going 3g in my town on Tuesday

Good luck with that dude. I am smack dab in the middle of a Tmobile 3g zone. I am lucky to get 3Edge bars though. I think I am in a dead zone.

just so you know...cell phones work off of things called towers. If you aren't close enough to a tower or are in a building/area that is obstructed from one of said towers...you won't get a good signal.

It really is night and day. I'm in Seattle, so we were one of the first to get 3G - when I was out of the city a bit and got on Edge, it was just terrible.

Woohoooooooo. I got my 3G icon. I'm still spoiled by wifi, but tons better than edge.

I am 500 meters from a tower that is supposed to push out 3G. T-mobile has said there is a problem and says they will send people out to fix it. That was supposed to be last Thursday. I still only have 2 to 3 edge bars.
