I placed an order for a Samsung pre-paid phone, on 10/10/2015. It's 11/15/2015, and still no e-mail, no tracking info, no charge to my card, nothing. I'm sure if I check my order status, it will simply still say "pending".

Any idea how to get my order out of limbo?

Edit: Well, what do you know. Out of the blue, I received my phone today (11/16/2015). Not sure if my card was charged for it yet though, that's a slight puzzlement. Maybe it will show up in the next few days. Phone was in a retail box, inside a bubble envelope, and the box is pretty beat up.

I don't do Twitter, or Facebook, or any of that crap.

BTW, when should I expect my card to be charged for the phone?
It's the 21st of Nov., and best I can figure, they haven't charged me yet.

Would they send me the phone without charging my card?

I purchase good phones thru Amazon and just swap the SIM over each time.

That really doesn't help the OP, shorty.

Virtual Larry, that's been my experience, they'll send you an email when they send you your phone, charge your CC at the same time.

There's an "elite" group of CSR's that deal with people that reach out to the CEO, they've helped me a couple of times, and promptly.

What phone did you order?

That's what I don't understand. I've had the phone for around a week now, and no sign of a charge on my card. Weird.

That's good to know. I don't think that this problem requires escalation to the CEO's office yet, but I'll keep that in mind.

I ordered a Samsung Core Prime. It's an entry-level phone.
