T-bird won't clock any higher???

I have a 700 mhz tbird running at 850 right now with 1.85 voltage. Temp at idle for 850 is 33c, so i dont think heat is a problem. I have an epox 8kta2 mobo. At 900 mhz, windows will start to load but will stop and restart. Any suggestions, the L1's and L7's look pretty well filled in with a normal pencil, redone three times, wont go any higher. Anyone know of anything else i can do?? Thanks in advance.

thats just about as high that particular chip will go, its at its limits. think though, a 150 mhz oc aint to shabby. My experience with green tbirds were they would all oc 150 mhz at default, but couldnt do much higher even though voltage was maxed out and the temps were still okay.
