T-Bird Temp & Voltage Settings....

Alrighty guys IM trying to OC my T-Bird 900mhz with my ASus A7v mobo, What I got running right now (too afraid to go anymore) is my t-bird 900 running @ 927 mhz with a 103 FSB and my voltage at 1.65 Voltage, havent tried anymore. According to my ASus Probe my temp is around 40 C constantly even under full load. WHat should I aim for guys? And what voltage should I stop at? Thanks guys!

Well if you voltage is at 1.65V, that is lower than default. Default voltage for a tbird is 1.75V. Don't worry about setting the voltage all the way up to 1.85V Are you only going to FSB o/c, or have are you going to multiplier o/c too. To o/c with the multiplier, you have to unlock your chip. If you don't know how to do this, just do a search for "L1" in this forum, and you will find many posts. As for temps, 40C at full load is not bad at all, but if it's 40 at idle as well, may want to check you heatsink. What heatsink are you using, and what type of thermal grease are you using (thermal pad, Arctic Silver, white paste)
