Everytime I turn my computer on it comes up with a System Settings Change message. The message with the " To finish setting up your new hardware,you must restart your computer. Do you want to restat your computer now? " This happens every time it boots and it is driving me crazy. Right now I have it down to bare minimum with just a video card and one memory stick and still comes with this message.What is causing this and how can it be resolved?
 
maybe try going into the system device tab of the system properties and delete all of the hardware in there and then restart and put it all back in
