Systemworks 2002 scripting errors in Win XP

I installed Win XP -- no problems. Then I install Norton Systemworks 2002 standard everything's fine and dandy. But sometimes when I restart, the NAV disabled. When I try and start it the program becomes very very slow and I usually get a scripting error # 873. I went to Symantec's web site and they said to uninstall Systemworks and reinstall it. I've done that and even reinstalled XP, before reinstalling Systemworks, but I still get the same error.

Please help.
